Terms of Use
Effective October 15, 2026. These terms cover the Mow & Putt: Golf Maze app and this website.
The License
Mow & Putt: Golf Maze is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add a few points specific to the game. If they conflict with Apple's agreement, Apple's agreement wins.
Coins and Cosmetics
- Coins, hints, balls and other cosmetics are part of the game. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another player.
- Coins and hints you buy are delivered once and are not restored after deleting the app. Purchases that last (Remove Ads, the Starter Pack's ball and ad-free status) can be brought back on any device signed in to the same Apple Account with Restore Purchases in the Pro Shop.
- We may rebalance prices and rewards in future updates. We will not remove anything you have already bought.
Purchases and Refunds
All purchases are made through Apple, and Apple's terms and refund policies apply. To ask for a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple refunds Remove Ads or the Starter Pack, ads between holes come back.
Ads
The free version shows ads. Watching rewarded ads is always optional. How ad data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
Fair Play
Please don't tamper with the game, its purchases or its ads, for example to get items without paying or to generate fake ad activity. We may reset coins or items obtained that way.
No Warranty
We work hard to keep the game fun and free of bugs, but it is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. Your save is stored on your device, so keep device backups turned on if you want to protect your progress.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
